To place an order, you can open an account with us which will require you to provide some compulsory personal information. Alternatively, you can choose to place your order without first creating an account.

All items are subject to availability. In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days of payment being received. Should an item be out of stock we will ensure you are informed immediately and give you the option of selecting a replacement, waiting for stock to become available or being provided with a refund.

Items delivered to UK addresses are shipped via Royal Mail and will arrive up to 10 working days after despatch.

International items are sent via International Signed for Parcel and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.


Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.


During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By completing your payment details you confirm that you are the legal owner of the card being used. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.


Flat Shipping Rate UK: £2.99, selected countries in Europe £9.99, USA and Australia £15.99, and the Rest of World: £50.00 - this is set deliberately high due to the different sizes and weights of our products - please contact us for a quote for delivery to the rest of the world as we may be able to offer a better price. Please note: delivery charges are not refundable in any case. The postage option for greeting cards is for greeting cards only as they can be posted as a large letter, any customer who checks out under this option will either be contacted by us to pay the rest to cover your postage or the order will be cancelled and you will be asked to re-do it under the correct postage option.

What information do we collect about you? 

We collect information about you when place an order for products. We retain details of your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and contact number. Website usage information is collected using cookies. We do use customer accounts when shopping with us, but this facility is optional. 

How will we use this information about you? 

We collect information about you to process your order and to manage your account. In processing your order, we do not retain payment information regarding any transactions with us (only the last 4 digits of credit cards are recorded). 


Anaphase Store will never pass on or sell your personal information for marketing purposes with other companies. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will email you about other products and special offers we think may be of interest to you.  

Access to your information and correcting 

If you decide to subscribe to the newsletter you will receive a confirmation e-mail, also providing the opportunity to unsubscribe. All other promotional e-mails sent to you will also provide the opportunity to be removed from our mailing list. 

If you create an account with us and forget your password, there is an option to request a reset via email. The link within the email you receive is valid for 24 hours only. 

If you change your email address we would be unable to edit the email address used when the account was created, so you would need to create a new account and then email us at info@anaphasestore.com so that we could delete your old account. 

If at any point you are concerned about the information we hold about you, wish us to correct it or have either the newsletter subscription or account deleted, then email us at info@anaphasestore.com. We will respond to all requests within a maximum of 7 days and processing the request is free of charge. 


Cookies are permanently enabled for optimised browsing of this website. If you do not agree with how cookies are collected and used - immediately cease using this website and clear your browser cache.  

Other websites 

Anaphase store is hosted on a web services provider called Squarespace and use an e-mail provider called Mailchimp for our newsletter subscriptions. We do not authorise these companies to use the data stored on their systems about you to contact you independently of Anaphase Store. 

Changes to our privacy policy 

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, then you will be informed of any changes to our policy via e-mail.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but occasionally you may find an item to be unsuitable. If this happens, you must contact us within 14 days after the goods are received. Please note that we will not refund any items after this time period. This returns policy is for website sales only. This returns policy ensures a fair policy. It complies with the distance selling regulations 2014 and does not affect your statutory rights. Should you have any enquiries about returns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Anaphase cannot be held accountable for any taxes, customs duties or other charges incurred by the tax system in any other country other than the UK.

Sale items are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
